Frank Knox attended Memorial University and earned a B. Sc. in Biology in 1987. He then attended Dalhousie University and earned a B. Sc in Physiotherapy in 1989.

In 2016, Allison completed a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland and went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2019 at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Heidi obtained her education from The Canadian College Of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Toronto. She has been practicing full-time as a Registered Massage Therapist in clinical, hospital & long term care settings throughout Ontario & Newfoundland since 2005.
